
Once you are done with your paid training in two weeks, you will be taught to make your own schedule to make sure your customer service hours do not interfere with any personal matters you have. As long as you are able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, there will be no consequences for doing what you need to do.

We understand at the start of any job most people are looking for their first check as soon as possible. Once you finish your training as a customer service representative you will be compensated on the following pay period.
Most of our companies offer incentives and extra hourly pay during peak and hours and seasons. For example, during the holiday seasons a lot of the retail companies offer pay per hour because the have the extra business that needs servicing. During tax season we work with companies such as TurboTax and Intuit QuickBooks and they tend to add extra money at the end of every pay period depending on how many ours you are able to work. There is always an opportunity to see increased pay at certain points in the year.
