What We Need From You

In Order to service with these companies you have to have a compatible laptop or desktop to download the software needed to work. Your computer doesn't have to be latest model, but you do need a system that will be able to download the software needed. You will also need reliable internet to be able to work so that you can stay connected at all times.

Our flexibility is one of our best attributes, but for the first two to three weeks of your paid training you will have to choose a time period where you will consistently be able to log in. This allows you to be fully prepared to handle customer service calls for yourself.

We are here to help make sure this opportunity can benefit you. In order to do that, we need full transparency to make sure that no one is wasting their time. If there is something you don't understand you have to be vocal so that we can help you. If there is something that you lack, let us know so that we can have you start at the proper time.

You will be working for Fortune 500 companies that you are very familiar with such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Depot and even Disney. These companies will require a background check before the training begins. 

Our entire customer service team is working from their own homes. Although you will be working from home, you need a quiet environment in your background to respect the customers you will be on the phone with. You will not be visible but excessive noise in your background can lead to termination.

We understand if you are not the most qualified candidate and you don't have much experience. Effort and attention to detail will still allow you to generate the income you need. You must be patient with the process as well as patient with yourself.
